Partner with Antarious

Antarious is deployed in complex environments that benefit enormously from expert local partners. We are building a network of implementation, integration, and reseller partners across all three sectors we serve.

The organisations that need Antarious most — government departments, development programmes, enterprise GTM teams — are often best reached and best served by partners who already understand their operational context, their procurement environment, and their sector-specific requirements. If that describes your organisation, we want to work with you.

Section 01 — Why Partner with Antarious

The Case for Partnership

Antarious sits in a category that does not yet exist at scale — the agentic AI operating system for complex organisations. That means significant first-mover advantage for partners who build expertise in our platform early. It also means a genuine opportunity to deliver something new and substantively valuable to clients who are actively looking for operational AI solutions that go beyond chatbots and copilots.

Partners who work with Antarious benefit from:

A differentiated platform to take to market
Antarious is not a commodity AI tool. It is a vertical AI operating system with deep sector configuration for government, NGO, and enterprise environments. Partners can offer something genuinely distinctive to clients in these sectors.

Revenue from a high-value, long-tenure product
Antarious deployments are long-term engagements. Once deployed, organisations build their operational infrastructure around Freya. Churn is structurally low. Partner revenue is recurring and stable.

Implementation and consulting revenue
Every Antarious deployment requires configuration, integration, and training services. Partners with implementation expertise can build a services practice around Antarious that generates revenue independent of — and often significantly exceeding — reseller margin alone.

Technical enablement and certification
Partners receive full technical training, platform access for development and demonstration purposes, and Antarious certification that validates their implementation expertise to prospective clients.

Co-marketing and pipeline support
Antarious works with partners on joint go-to-market activity, including co-branded materials, joint webinars and events, and referral pipeline sharing.

Dedicated partner support
Partners have access to a dedicated partner success team — not the general support queue. Technical questions, commercial queries, and deployment challenges are handled with the speed and depth that partnership requires.

Section 02 — Partner Tiers

Three Partnership Models, One Programme

Antarious operates a structured three-tier partnership programme. Each tier reflects a different level of investment, capability, and commercial commitment — with corresponding benefits.

Tier 1 — Referral Partner

Who this is for: Consultants, advisors, sector specialists, and organisations who can identify and introduce Antarious to prospective customers but who do not deliver implementations directly.

Best suited to: Strategy consultants, sector specialists, technology advisors, professional services firms without an implementation practice in this area.

Tier 2 — Implementation Partner

  • Completion of Antarious Implementation Certification (technical training programme — see Section 04)
  • Minimum of one certified Antarious Implementation Specialist on staff
  • Signed Implementation Partner Agreement
  • Annual co-marketing activity commitment

Benefits:

Tier 3 — Strategic Partner

Who this is for: Organisations with deep sector reach, significant implementation capacity, and the appetite to build Antarious as a flagship practice — either within a specific sector or geography.

Commitment:

  • Completion of Antarious Implementation Certification across a team of designated specialists
  • Minimum of three certified Antarious Implementation Specialists on staff
  • Annual deployment volume commitment (discussed during partner engagement)
  • Signed Strategic Partner Agreement

  • Co-development opportunities for sector-specific configurations and integrations
  • Priority inclusion in government and enterprise procurement responses where a partner is required
  • Executive-level relationship with Antarious leadership

Section 03 — Partnership by Sector

Where We Are Looking for Partners

Government and Public Sector

Government Antarious deployments require partners who understand public sector procurement, information assurance requirements, and the governance expectations of government clients. We are actively seeking partners with:

  • Existing relationships with central or local government departments
  • Experience delivering technology programmes in government environments
  • Familiarity with public sector frameworks (G-Cloud, DOS, Crown Commercial Service, or equivalent in other jurisdictions)
  • Information assurance and security capability relevant to government clients

NGO and Development Sector

Development sector deployments benefit enormously from partners with on-the-ground knowledge of donor requirements, programme management environments, and the specific data systems used in development work (ODK, KoBoToolbox, DHIS2, etc.). We are actively seeking partners with:

  • Existing relationships with NGOs, INGOs, development finance institutions, or managing contractors
  • Experience implementing technology solutions in low-connectivity or field-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with major donor frameworks (World Bank, USAID, DFID/FCDO, UNDP, ADB)
  • M&E and programme management expertise

Enterprise and GTM

Commercial GTM deployments benefit from partners with marketing technology, sales operations, and revenue operations expertise. We are actively seeking partners with:

  • Existing relationships with enterprise marketing, sales, or revenue operations teams
  • Experience with GTM technology stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, outreach tools)
  • RevOps or marketing consultancy practice
  • Capability to deliver integrations with common GTM platforms

Section 04 — Antarious Partner Certification

Becoming a Certified Antarious Implementation Specialist

Antarious Implementation Certification is the foundation of the Implementation and Strategic Partner tiers. It validates that your team can configure, deploy, and support Antarious for client organisations to the standard that our customers expect.

Certification Curriculum

Module 1 — Platform Architecture (4 hours)
Freya's agent architecture, orchestration model, memory system, and approval workflow engine. How the platform is structured, how agents communicate, and how deployments are built.

Module 2 — Deployment Configuration (6 hours)
Data source integration, agent configuration, role and permission setup, approval workflow design, and institutional memory initialisation. Hands-on lab environment included.

Module 3 — Sector Configuration (4 hours per sector)
Sector-specific agent configurations, compliance considerations, and deployment patterns for Government, NGO, and Business environments. Partners complete the modules relevant to their sector focus.

Module 4 — Governance and Trust Architecture (3 hours)
Human approval workflows, audit trail configuration, role-based control setup, and security compliance requirements. Critical for government and enterprise deployments.

Module 5 — Client Onboarding and Change Management (3 hours)

Assessment:
A practical assessment covering platform configuration in a sandboxed environment, plus a written component covering deployment planning and governance design.

Duration: Approximately 20 hours of structured learning plus assessment
Format: Self-paced online modules with scheduled live lab sessions
Validity: 12 months; annual recertification required to maintain status
Cost: Covered by Antarious for Implementation and Strategic Partners in good standing

Section 05 — The Partnership Process

From Enquiry to Active Partner

Step 1 — Initial Conversation

Contact the Antarious partnerships team at the partnerships team with a brief description of your organisation, the sector(s) you operate in, and the type of partnership you are exploring. We will respond within two business days with a suggested next step.

Step 2 — Partnership Briefing

A call with the Antarious partner success team to discuss your organisation's profile, client base, and sector focus, and to identify which partnership tier and model is the right fit.

Step 3 — Alignment and Commercial Discussion

A detailed discussion of commercial terms, commitment requirements, and the specifics of how the partnership would operate. For Strategic Partnerships, this typically involves a joint go-to-market planning session.

Step 4 — Agreement and Onboarding

Signing of the relevant partner agreement, access to the partner portal, and initiation of certification training for Implementation and Strategic Partners.

Step 5 — First Opportunity

Section 07 — Frequently Asked Questions

Q: We are a small consultancy. Is there a minimum size requirement to become a partner?
A: No. The Referral Partner tier is designed for organisations of any size — including individual consultants. Implementation Partner certification requires a minimum of one certified specialist, which is achievable for small teams.

Q: Can we operate as both a referral and implementation partner?
A: Yes. Implementation Partners can also earn referral commission on opportunities they introduce but where Antarious delivers the implementation. The commercial arrangements are clearly documented in the partner agreement.

Q: How long does the certification process take?
A: The full certification curriculum takes approximately 20 hours of structured learning, which most participants complete over two to three weeks alongside other work. Lab sessions are scheduled to accommodate partner time zones.

Q: Do you have an exclusivity model for specific geographies or sectors?
A: We do not operate blanket exclusivity arrangements. For Strategic Partners with significant geographic or sector reach, exclusivity within defined parameters can be discussed during the strategic partnership engagement.

Q: Can we demo Antarious to a prospective client before we are fully certified?
A: Yes. Referral and Implementation Partners can request Antarious to run a joint demonstration for a prospective client before certification is complete. Once certified, partners run demonstrations independently.

Q: What happens if we introduce a client who then decides to procure directly from Antarious?
A: Deal registration protects partners. Once you have registered an opportunity, referral commission applies to any resulting deployment regardless of the commercial route the client takes.
