Section 02 — Antarious Implementation Certification

Becoming and Remaining a Certified Implementation Specialist

Antarious Implementation Certification is the technical foundation of the partnership programme. Certified specialists are qualified to configure, deploy, and support Antarious for client organisations across all three sectors.

Certification Curriculum

The full curriculum is delivered through the Partner Portal as self-paced online modules with scheduled live lab sessions. Total learning time is approximately 20 hours.

Module 1 — Platform Architecture
4 hours · Self-paced

A comprehensive introduction to the Antarious platform architecture — covering Freya's agent orchestration model, the memory system, the approval workflow engine, and the audit trail infrastructure. Participants completing this module will understand how the platform is structured, how agents communicate, and how deployments are built from the ground up.

Topics covered:

  • Freya's core intelligence layer and how it orchestrates specialist agents
  • The agent context-sharing model — how agents build on each other's work
  • The approve-before-execute model — how it is implemented at the platform level
  • Persistent memory architecture — what is stored, how it is structured, and how it is queried
  • Audit trail system — record generation, immutability, storage, and retrieval
  • Data flow through the platform — ingestion, processing, output, and storage

Certification Assessment

The certification assessment comprises two components:

Practical component (60%):
A deployment configuration exercise in the sandbox environment. Participants are given a client scenario and must configure a deployment — including integrations, role setup, agent configuration, and approval workflows — that meets the scenario requirements. Assessed by the Antarious certification team.

Written component (40%):
A written assessment covering deployment planning, governance design, and sector-specific configuration decisions. Submitted through the Portal and assessed against a published marking rubric.

Pass mark: 75% across both components
Resit policy: One resit permitted within 60 days of the initial assessment. A second resit requires completion of the relevant modules again.
Result turnaround: Within 10 business days of submission

Certification Maintenance

Validity: Antarious Implementation Certification is valid for 12 months from the date of award.

Annual recertification:
Recertification requires completion of the annual update module — a 2-hour module covering platform changes, new features, and updated configuration practices from the preceding year. Recertification does not require repeating the full curriculum.

Major version updates:
When Antarious releases a major platform version, a supplementary update module is published. Partners are notified and given a 90-day window to complete it. Completion of the update module is required to maintain certified status.

Lapsed certification:
If certification lapses (renewal not completed within the validity window), a partner may recertify by completing the update module plus the practical assessment component. The full curriculum does not need to be repeated unless more than 24 months have elapsed since original certification.

Certification Record and Badge

Certified specialists receive:

  • A digital certification badge for use on LinkedIn, email signatures, proposals, and partner materials
  • A certification record accessible through the Partner Portal, including certification date and sector specialisations
  • Inclusion in the Antarious certified specialist directory (accessible to prospective clients evaluating partner capability)

Requesting a Joint Case Study
If you have completed a successful deployment, we want to tell the story jointly. A joint case study with Antarious gives you a credibility-building asset with our brand alongside yours, and distribution through our website, email, and social channels.

To initiate a joint case study: email the partnerships team with the subject line "Case Study Request" and a brief summary of the deployment. We will respond within three business days.

Joint Webinar Opportunities
Implementation and Strategic Partners can propose joint webinars for the Antarious webinar calendar. Joint sessions give your organisation visibility to the Antarious audience and establish your team's expertise in a specific sector or deployment area.

To propose a joint session: email the partnerships team with a proposed topic, target audience, and suggested format.

Lead Sharing and Pipeline Referrals
Where Antarious generates inbound interest from organisations in your sector or geography, we route introductions to partners who are the best fit. To be considered for inbound referrals, ensure your Partner Portal profile is complete and your sector specialisations and geographic coverage are accurately recorded.

Section 06 — Partner Support

Getting Help as a Partner

Partner support is handled separately from general customer support — with dedicated routing and priority response.

Partner Support Channel
Available through the Partner Portal — submit requests directly for fastest routing. Include your partner ID and the deployment or opportunity context in your request.

Contact channel: Available on request
Contact channel: Available on request

Response targets for partners:

  • Critical deployment issue (client-impacting): 4 business hours
  • Technical query (non-critical): 1 business day
  • Commercial and programme query: 2 business days
  • Resource and documentation request: 1 business day

Dedicated Partner Success Manager (Strategic Partners)
Strategic Partners have a named Antarious partner success manager. All support, commercial, and strategic queries go through your named contact.

Section 07 — Partner Community

Connect with Other Antarious Partners

The Antarious Partner Community is an active forum within the Partner Portal where implementation partners share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from each other's deployments.

Discussion categories:

  • Deployment questions and technical problem-solving
  • Sector-specific best practices — Government, NGO, Business
  • Integration troubleshooting and configuration sharing
  • Change management and client onboarding experiences
  • Commercial and partnership programme questions
  • New feature discussion and early access feedback

Community norms:
The community is peer-to-peer — Antarious team members participate but do not monitor every thread. For time-sensitive issues, use the support channel rather than the community. For knowledge sharing and non-urgent questions, the community is often the fastest source of high-quality answers.

Section 08 — Partner Portal Profile

Keeping Your Profile Current

Your Partner Portal profile is used by the Antarious team to route inbound opportunities and by prospective clients looking for implementation partners. Keeping it accurate and complete directly affects the quality of opportunities that come your way.

Profile fields that matter most:

  • Sector specialisations: Which of the three sectors you have active expertise in
  • Geographic coverage: The countries and regions you serve
  • Certified specialists: The number of active certified Implementation Specialists on your team, updated after each certification or renewal
  • Completed deployments: A count of live Antarious deployments you have delivered (verified by Antarious)
  • Languages: Operating languages of your team — particularly relevant for NGO and government deployments in non-English-speaking markets
  • Brief description: A 100–150 word summary of your organisation and your Antarious practice, as it will appear in the partner directory

Update your profile at any time through the Partner Portal. Material changes — particularly to certified specialist count — should be updated promptly to maintain directory accuracy.

Section 09 — Annual Partner Review

How Partnership Performance Is Reviewed

Antarious conducts an annual review of all Implementation and Strategic partnerships. The review covers:

  • Deployment volume and quality (client satisfaction, post-deployment performance)
  • Certification status — number of active certified specialists
  • Commercial commitments — whether the agreed activity levels have been met
  • Co-marketing participation and shared pipeline activity
  • Support quality — resolution rates and client feedback on partner-managed deployments

Outcomes of the annual review:

  • Confirmed tier status for the next year
  • Tier upgrade (where activity and capability merit it)
  • Tier review (where commitments have not been met — with a defined path to resolution)
  • Partnership renewal terms for the next year

Partners are notified of their review date 60 days in advance and receive a self-assessment template to complete before the review meeting.
